3. Project Process

3.1 Project Initiation

All projects begin with a detailed proposal and signed agreement outlining:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Payment terms and schedule
• Communication protocols

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary content and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Maintain open communication throughout the project

5. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Additional revisions or scope changes will be billed separately
• Late payments may incur additional fees

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive:

• Full ownership of the final website design
• Rights to all approved custom graphics
• License to use any included third-party elements

We retain the right to:

• Display the work in our portfolio
• Use the work for promotional purposes
• Retain and reuse component code

7. Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled:

• Client must provide written notice
• Payment is required for all work completed
• Deposits are non-refundable

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Content errors or omissions
• Loss of data or profits
• Third-party service disruptions
• Consequential damages
