Step 09 of 09

Offboarding

Offboarding turns an approved staging build into an operational website your team can confidently manage. Launch, training, documentation, files, access, and the first support period are handled as one planned handoff instead of a final-day scramble.

What this stage produces

Clear outputs before the next step.

  • The approved website deployed to production behind Cloudflare
  • Analytics, Search Console, sitemap, and launch signals verified
  • CMS training, documentation, credentials, and final files handed over
  • Thirty days of post-launch support with project history retained in the client portal

Move from staging to production

The approved build is connected to the live domain, production environment, SSL, Cloudflare CDN, caching, and required integrations. Redirects, forms, analytics, and search signals are checked again on the public URL.

Launch is monitored for issues that only appear with real traffic, production credentials, or live-domain behavior.

Train your team and organize the handoff

Your team receives CMS training for the areas included in the project, plus the documentation and access needed for normal website operations.

The client portal keeps final files, decisions, approvals, project history, and handoff details together so important information does not disappear across email threads.

Support the first month after launch

Every public package includes 30 days of post-launch support for issues connected to the delivered scope. This gives the website a monitored settling-in period after production release.

If you want ongoing hosting, website care, or search work after that period, you can choose the plan that matches the level of support you need.
